Founder & director

The powerhouse brains behind B Brand Marketing, Brodie is a strategic marketing expert with a wealth of knowledge in brand building, design and digital marketing. Having launched B Brand back in 2021, Brodie left the corporate world to fulfil her vision of helping shape new and upcoming brands that would see clients succeed to their fullest potential. 
 
As a true Visionary creative type, Brodie has that ‘dream big & go in guns blazing’ mentality when it comes to all aspects of marketing. Developing and executing national brand and retail advertising campaigns are right up her alley, and she’s spent the past decade doing just this for many iconic Australian brands such as Dreamworld, Village Roadshow Theme Parks, Sea World Resort and Sirromet Winery. Her ability to understand the importance of omni-channel marketing to maximise campaign reach and awareness has been instrumental to these brands' successes, cementing a history of record sales and sell-out events. Brodie’s hard work and dedication have been recognised time and time again, receiving numerous prestigious award nominations throughout her career to date.
 
When this leading lady isn’t killing it at marketing, she’s best known for her ability to make folks quite envious of her dreamy holiday destination choices. Brodie knows her hard work is best paired with a Malfy Gin Rosa & Tonic on a golden beach, anywhere in the world – and we couldn’t agree more.

Tegan

GROUP BRAND MANAGER

Part-time office DJ/full-time marketing superstar, Tegan is well-known for tuning into her emotional compass to razzle and dazzle as a creative marketing professional in the hospitality and tourism industries.
 
With over 8 years’ experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns for large corporate businesses including 5-star hotels, industry-leading entertainment venues and a global QSR brand, Tegan’s passionate and inquisitive nature sees her take small ideas and make big moves.
 
With a finesse for multi-tasking, Tegan can often be found juggling multiple client projects at once. Brand marketing, digital marketing, retail & event marketing, copywriting, partnerships, campaign management, web and app management, creative briefing and content creation - you name it, Tegan’s there.
 
As another Visionary creative type in the B Brand team, you just know big things are set to come. There’s no denying it.

Ashleigh

CREATIVE

Design genius, contagious smile-bringer and Queen of the Mood Boards, Ashleigh is a passionate creative expert who’s fanatic about meaningful and strategic design. Spending her days visually problem solving and storytelling through Graphic Design, Ashleigh's bouncy energy and positivity exudes into her work, putting the ‘dream’ in Dream Team.
 
Her eye for design drives her passion over various platforms including print and digital with a focus on editorial, branding, packaging, marketing and social media, making Ashleigh a real jack of all trades in the creative world. Her Midas touch sees clients’ brands shine, putting them firmly on the launching pad for success with captivating and engaging creative content.
 
As our Adventurer creative type, Ashleigh’s artistic quest is in full swing and she’s thrilled to have our client’s along for the ride.
